LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
After giving birth to eight kids, caring for them around the clock and enduring life in the public eye, Kate Gosselin of “Jon & Kate Plus Eight” should look exhausted – yet, the reality star mom has never looked better, thanks to TLC.
In just five short years, Kate has dramatically changed her appearance, altering her hairstyle and color, getting plastic surgery and receiving cosmetic dental work.
A blonde with a simple ‘do when she married Jon, and later a brunette with a conservative cut when she was expecting her sextuplets, Kate now sports a trademark asymmetrical edgy hairstyle with blond highlights.
But the transformation goes further than her hair color.
According to Us Weekly, TLC paid for a tummy tuck for the mom after she gave birth to the sextuplets — a procedure which reportedly cost approximately $5,000 to $8,000.
She and Jon both received teeth-whitening treatments, which reportedly cost around $500.
According to a source in Kate’s town, she’s also “obsessed” with tanning, the mag reported.
And Kate’s not the only Gosselin benefiting from a few style freebies. The New Hair Institute told the mag that Jon got free hair plugs, which cost an estimated $7,000 to $10,000.
