LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Justin Long, Bradley Cooper and Kevin Connolly have issued a public un-warning to men that it’s OK to see their new movie, “He’s Just Not That Into You.”

In a promotional clip you can watch HERE, the three men address male theater-goers directly.

“I know what you guys out there are thinking — you’re all thinking to yourselves, ‘Oh, fantastic! Great! Another chick flick. This is just what I need,’” Justin Long states at the start of the near 6-minute clip.

“‘He’s Just Not That Into You’ is not your typical chick flick,” Bradley quickly chimes in.

The men then go about counting down what they call “10 Chick Flick Cliches” that are not in their movie, paired with re-enactments of the types of scenes they didn’t film with co-stars Ben Affleck, Scarlett Johansson, Jennifer Aniston, Drew Barrymore and Ginnifer Goodwin.

Among the topics the trio let men know they won’t see in the movie? No makeover montages, no singing into random objects, no quirky or sardonic best friends, and no scenes of people sliding down walls while crying.
