LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

It appears Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s next child will be a Brentwood baby.

With Garner five-months pregnant with the couple’s second child, the couple has bought a $16 million home in Brentwood, California, according to Us Weekly.

According to the mag, the house is a 9,900-square-foot traditional-style home on nearly an acre of property. And with a reported seven bedrooms, seven baths, six fireplaces, a brick wine cellar, a library and a three-car garage, the stars won’t have any trouble making room for their new baby on the way.

The estate reportedly also includes a pool, pool house and outdoor fireplace in addition to a large lawn, seating area and a deck with a built-in barbeque.

It was reportedly designed by Brentwood locals Steve and Brooke Giannetti.

However, the happy couple won’t be the neighborhood’s only superstar residents. Affleck, Garner and daughter Violet, 2, will be joining neighbors Ricki Lake and Tobey Maguire in the West LA neighborhood.

Affleck’s friend and frequent collaborator, director Kevin Smith, confirmed Jen’s pregnancy and revealed that the couple was house hunting last month.

“[Ben] came over last week and told me, ‘I’m having another baby!’” Smith told Us in July. “[They’re] looking for a bigger house now.”
