LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Beyonce told Access Hollywood in 2006 that before she turned 30, there were three things she wanted to do: marry, have kids and win an Oscar. In a new interview, Beyonce told Access that with just three years to go, she isn’t sure she will complete her list.

“You know, I still would love to win an Oscar,” she said. “The kids, I don’t know… In three years, maybe.”

She has new album on the way, “I Am… Sasha Fierce,” due Nov. 18, but she’s been taking time out to practice for motherhood by taking care of sister Solange’s baby son — and “he’s making it hard,” she said.

“He’s the smartest little boy,” she said. “But… it’s a lot of work.”

At least the singer-actress has knocked down one of her goals — marriage, to hip-hop star Jay-Z. But she has still not officially been quoted confirming the wedding, which reportedly took place in New York in April. Why? Beyonce said she likes her privacy.

“It’s a choice, you know, we made a long time ago and it’s worked and I wouldn’t change it now because it’s worked so far,” she said. “I know just from experience, when you let so many people in, it just complicates things so much.”

But the new bride said it’s not always easy to keep things under wraps.

“When you’re excited and you’re happy, it’s just, you know, it’s in you, you wanna just be like, ‘Yeah!’” she said.
