‘Big Day’: Wendie Malick Talks Weddings

And, her own two weddings didn’t resemble the extravaganza planned for the new sitcom called “Big Day,” which starts tonight on ABC.
Malick says a few dozen people were at her first wedding on a snowy January day in New York City in 1982.
Her 1995 wedding to her second husband had a touch of hippy-earthiness to it. It was on a mountain in Sedona, Arizona and there were only ten people.
Malick says she didn’t even have a wedding gown for her second wedding.
