Norah Jones continues to have the # 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart this week, despite an overall decline in sales across the board. “Not Too Late” sold 99,825 copies — less than half of last week’s take.

Daughtry, selling less albums than last week, still managed to jump seven spots to land at # 2. Their self-titled debut sold 84,292 copies, which is a great deal more than frontman Chris Daughtry‘s “American Idol” contemporaries Katharine McPhee and Taylor Hicks, who sold only 22,615 and 6,179 respectively (despite having newer releases than Daughtry).

Fall Out Boy (named after Radioactive Man’s sidekick from “The Simpsons”!) jump two spots to # 3, while Robin Thicke, Justin Timberlake, Corinne Bailey Rae and Gerald Levert manage to hold on to Top 10 positions, despite drops in sales.

Akon makes a return to the Top 10 with “Konvicted,” re-entering at # 5 with 73,087 copies sold. His latest single, “Don’t Matter,” also makes a jump on the Hot Downloaded Singles chart to land at # 2 this week.

Newcomers to the Top 10 album chart include the latest in the “Kidz Bop” series at # 4, which features covers of hits such as Beyonce‘s “Irreplaceable” and Kelly Clarkson‘s “Walk Away” designed specifically for children; and the other debut comes from Christian rapper TobyMac, formerly of dc Talk, whose third solo album “Portable Sounds” lands at # 10.

The Hot Downloaded Singles chart has a brand-new champ this week, with MIMS’ “This Is Why I’m Hot” debuting at #1. “This Is Why I’m Hot” is the debut single from his upcoming debut album “M.I.M.S. (Music Is My Savior)” on the EMI/Capitol Records label, who signed him after he garnered attention by releasing his single independently.

Rihanna breaks into the Top 10 (with a little help from Sean Paul) with her latest single, “Break it Off” at # 8 with 73,665 downloads.
