CANNES, France -- Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie kicked off their time in Cannes in a big way – a dinner for 60. According to People, the super screen couple dined at the Michelangelo in Cap D’Antibes on Tuesday night to celebrate Brad’s movie “Inglourious Basterds,” which debuts at the 62nd annual film festival on Wednesday.

Guests of Brad and Angelina included director Quentin Tarantino, Diane Kruger and boyfriend Joshua Jackson, Emile Hirsch and Daniel Bruhl – along with members of the movie’s crew. The party enjoyed a menu that included an array of pastas, fresh seafood, and garlic sausages, with Dom Perignon to drink.

“The dinner was a private event for the entire cast of Quentin Tarantino’s film,” a member of the restaurant staff told the mag.

“They all had a wonderful time. Angelina and Brad were lovely, the loveliest people I have ever met!”

“Twilight” star Robert Pattinson was also spotted in the restaurant. Brad and Angelina are expected to walk the red carpet together on Wednesday for the premiere of “Inglourious Basterds.”
