One thing the stars of ?X-Men: The Last Stand? know for sure is that if they ever need a cool place to hang out, their director, Brett Ratner, has got it covered.

And as Brett will tell ya, when you break your directing idols box office record, you might as well celebrate in style.

?For me to beat any Spielberg movie at the box office is somewhat of an embarrassment,? Brett told Access? Maria Menounos.

?He’s held the title since 1997,? Maria said.

?I know! It’s crazy,? Brett laughed.

Brettis one of the most sought after directors in Hollywood. He?s about to direct the third film in the ?Rush Hour? franchise, plus he set the Memorial Day box office record with ?X-Men,? grossing $123 million.

?We were just like, oh my god,? Brett laughed. ?Hugh Jackman called me. Halle called me, We all were like, oh my god, oh my god, it was so much fun.?

Thanks to the successful gigs, Brett bought Ingrid Bergman’s5,000-plus-square-foot Hollywood estate, complete with pool, guest house and discotheque.

The director has since added a high-tech, full-sized home theater.

?Do you have a popcorn machine?? Maria asked.

?I will get one, I promise you,? Brett said.

?Brett, you have a movie theater without a popcorn machine,? Maria admonished.

But Brett has other interesting objects in his house.

?This is actually the makeout couch right here,? Brett showed Maria. ?It’s where people come to makeout. On this couch.?

We believe him! And Brett?s disco has become Hollywood legend.

?So, tell me about the wild days,? Maria asked. ?I want to know.?

?The wild days?? Brett laughed. ?Well, it’s all in the book. Your imagination can run free.

Brett?s book, called ?Hilhaven Lodge: The Photo Book Pictures? — named after his palatial estate --is a photo compilation of the A-listers who took pics in his old-fashioned photo booth.

Michael Jackson sticks his tongue out at the camera. Britney Spears wears glasses. Justin Timberlake and Colin Farrell enjoy some tasty beverages.

Even a sultry Mariah Carey hammed it up. Anyone who partied in the disco room hit thebooth for a few impromptu pics.

But there is one downside to your home being a celebrityhotspot. Crashers.

One night, Brett told us, he was woken up by P.Diddy and his posse.

?He literally climbed over my gate and let all these caravan of cars in,? Brett told Access. ?I was going to, like, kick him out, but there were so many girls…”
