Renee Zellweger may have to start packing on the pounds again.

According to Variety, Working Title Films is developing a third movie in the franchise about the quirky, big-underwear donning book-assistant-turned-television journalist Bridget Jones, played by Renee Zellweger. Production on the next film is not expected to begin until late 2010.

An attorney wants Bridget Jones’ diary.

Allen Michel told a judge in Los Angeles on Friday that he wants Renee Zellweger to turn over her diary, give a deposition and provide any other documents to explain how she spent her time during a seven-week delay in the filming of 2005’s “Cinderella Man” in Toronto.
