Britney Granted Increased Visitation With Sons

Following Tuesday’s court hearing, Kevin’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said the outcome was “something that is more than it has been,” in regards to the time the pop star will get to spend with her boys – Sean Preston and Jayden James.
Kaplan said the changes to the custody ruling will happen “in the near future” and that both sides are “taking it one step at a time.”
No further details were immediately available. However, Kaplan did add that Kevin’s hope is for “his children to have the benefit of having two parents participating actively in their lives.”
In addition, Britney’s parents also released a statement following the court’s ruling.
“We are so pleased with Britney’s progress and we are very appreciative of the court’s recognition of this progress,” Jamie and Lynne Spears said in a statement.
Both sides are due back in court on July 15.
