Britney Spears knows a few things about breakups.

The “Perfume” singer — who split from fiance Jason Trawick in January — has offered advice on how to get over heartbreak as rapidly as possible.

“Just get another guy really quick!” Britney said with a laugh, while guest hosting Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, “American Top 40” on Saturday. “I think if you get another boyfriend it’s really easy to get over it.

“But for real,” she continued, “I think you need a lot of friends around you and you need to go to the movies and have dinner dates with your girlfriends. I think that’s important.”

The 32-year-old superstar began dating her new boyfriend, David Lucado, just two months after ending her engagement with Jason.

Earlier this week, Britney sang David’s praises to E!, telling the network, “He’s just a simple guy. He’s funny, he’s passionate.”

Adding, “He loves what he does for a living. He’s just a good guy. He’s a really good person.”
