Britney Spears’ POP Magazine Cover Shoot

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Caption Britney Spears poses for Pop magazine, on August 25, 2010Britney Spears channels her inner-Harajuku girl in a new photo shoot for Britain’s POP magazine.

The colorful shoot, directed by Japanese artist Takashi Murakami, depicts the pop star as a Manga (Japanese comic book) character. Britney wears a short wedding dress – complete with a sparkling tiara and veil – and sports a variety of accessories, including a hot pink cell phone and a red back pack.

Britney posted a picture earlier this week from the shoot on her Twitter account, saying, “I just saw the photos for the first time and they are beautiful.”

In related news, the blond beauty was recently spotted vacationing in Hawaii with her boyfriend, Jason Trawick.
