LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Britney Spears has one less court date to worry about.

Prosecutors have declined to press charges against the pop star over an incident in November 2007 where she allegedly drove her car over the foot of a photographer, according to court documents obtained by Access Hollywood.

According to the LA County District Attorney, there was no evidence to prove Brit actually ran over the paparazzo’s foot.

Spears was surrounded by a host of snappers during the incident and was traveling at a low rate of speed, according to the report.

The documents go on to suggest that the only way the alleged victim’s foot could have been in harms way was by choosing to place it in front of Brit’s tire.

Britney said in a statement to LAPD that she had no recollection of the event and that she was unaware that her car had come in contact with anyone, according to the documents.
