Before they headed off to court on Monday morning, Kevin Federline and Jamie Spears spent some time together this weekend hitting the links.
Britney’s ex-husband and her dad were photographed playing a round of golf in Tarzana on Saturday.
On Monday, the two once again reunited. However, this time in a Los Angeles courtroom, as Britney and Kevin’s custody hearing continued.
Brit’s lawyer, Stacy Phillips, was in court to argue her client has been hit with unreasonable attorney fees and is hoping to prevent the pop star from having to pay $500,000 to Kevin’s lawyers.
Phillips claims Britney should only be forced to pay between $150,000 and $175,000.
Following the morning hearing, which wrapped shortly before 11AM, a court spokesperson said there were no changes being made to Britney’s current visitation schedule for her two boys (Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1).
In addition, the spokesperson said the judge’s decision on the attorney fees wouldn’t likely come until Tuesday.
An afternoon hearing is scheduled to discuss Jamie’s conservatorship over his daughter’s estate.
Last week, a judge ruled Jamie Spears would retain control of his daughter’s estate until at least July 31.
