LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
Miranda Tozier-Robbins, a woman who was arrested after allegedly trespassing on Britney Spears’ Calabasas, Calif., property in April, pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor charges stemming from the incident, TMZ reported.
According to the Web site, a judge in a Los Angeles court on Tuesday believes a deal can be worked out between the woman and the District Attorney’s office for the charges — trespassing and disorderly conduct. However, a pre-trial date is on the court calendar for July 17.
At a court hearing earlier this month, Tozier-Robbins, a one time “American Idol” hopeful, chose to represent herself.
She has been ordered by a judge to stay away from Britney, her home, work place and the pop star’s family.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Tozier-Robbins was spotted by security on the grounds of the Britney’s home, looking into the house while dressed in camouflaged fatigues, according to the police report obtained by Access. She was carrying a backpack and video equipment.
Tozier-Robins was asked to leave the property by security personnel before having to be physically escorted off the grounds and detained by a police deputy. She was later booked on the two charges.
