LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Britney Spears is about to get a new address.

“I just took my babies to our new home and they loved it!” Britney said on her Web site. “I can’t wait to move in.”

Britney’s new pad is in the posh celebrity-filled Calabasas area, north of Los Angeles.

The pop star has reportedly put her six-bedroom, six-bathroom Studio City on the market for more then $7 million.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Britney has expressed the desire to live in a “more quiet” neighborhood, according to court documents obtained by Access in June.

Britney said she hopes to move to an area with fewer residents and a “more quiet and less trafficked neighborhood.”

In addition to seeking a quieter neighborhood, the documents went on to say that Britney hopes a new home will provide her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, with more access “to parks and recreation areas,” and “a larger backyard.”

Britney’s current neighborhood is regularly visited by the paparazzi that sometimes station themselves outside of the neighborhoods gates, waiting to snap shots of the pop star.
