By the age of 16, Brooke Shields was already one of the most recognizable faces in the world. She was a fashion model superstar who earned megabucks for brands like Calvin Klein and Breck shampoo. She was also a mega-star on the big screen who seemed to gravitate towards sexually controversial movies like “Pretty Baby,” in which she portrayed a child prostitute, and “Blue Lagoon,” with its beautifully shot nude scenes.
