Rose Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center, NYC, October 13, 2010Kelsey Grammer may be ready to walk down the aisle with his new fiancée, 29-year-old flight attendant Kayte Walsh, but it appears his estranged wife, Camille Grammer, isn’t quite ready to release him from their marital bonds.

On Wednesday, Camille, the former “Frasier” star’s wife of nearly 13 years, filed a declaration in court, asking a judge to slow down the divorce proceedings until many of their marital split financial matters are settled.

Camille outlined a host of reasons she wants a judge to refrain from approving their divorce at this time, including her claim that they are still working out divvying up a community estate worth around $120,000,000.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star also wants more documentation about how she fits into Kelsey’s retirement and pension plans, especially since she claims that once Kelsey marries his new lady love, Kayte “will become the beneficiary” unless he files some documents indicating otherwise.

In addition to her request to slow down the divorce, Camille is asking for a few new things from Kelsey in their divorce proceedings, including for the actor to cover her health insurance costs for three years.

She’s also asked Kelsey to give her at least $10 million to help insure her rights in the divorce are protected.

Kelsey has not yet filed his response in court to Camille’s latest filing.

Kelsey and Camille, his third wife, announced they were divorcing in July 2010. The former couple has two children together.
