An autopsy conducted on former “Real World: Hollywood” star Joey Kovar on Saturday was “inconclusive,” according to TMZ.
The official cause of death for the aspiring actor — who was found dead at the age of 29 at the home of a female friend in Chicago on Friday — is reportedly being deferred, pending toxicology test results.

“Grease” star Jeff Conaway died Friday, Access Hollywood has confirmed.
According to Conaway’s spokesperson, the actor passed away on Friday morning at 10:30 AM PDT at a hospital in Encino, Calif., where he was surrounded by his family.
