LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

There’s a whole lot of hurt in Denise Richards’ home.

Access Hollywood has learned that the actress’ four-year-old daughter Sam accidentally burned herself on a pot while at her father Charlie Sheen’s home, but that the “Two and a Half Men” star took good care of his little girl, according to Richards’ publicist.

Still, as a precaution, while en route back to her home, Richards took Sam to a Marina del Rey hospital.

And while the burn will heal, Richards is concerned about the emotional pain that Sam and three-year-old sister Lola are suffering as a result of Richards’ and Sheen’s very public and contentious custody battle.

To help her daughters handle this difficult situation, Richards has been getting them professional help.

“They are in therapy,” Richards’ publicist confirmed.
