Charlie Hunnam appears to be hanging in there following the huge media frenzy that erupted when it was learned he was parting ways with “Fifty Shades of Grey.”
“I am doing good. I am just really concentrating on work. It’s been a really busy time,” he told E! News.
The actor, who currently stars on FX’s “Sons of Anarchy,” hinted he has been focusing on the important things.
“I have had some family stuff going on so just trying to stay focused and stay positive and keep trying to do a good job at work and be with my family and stay positive,” he also said.
Earlier this month, it was revealed that Charlie had dropped out of the film version of E L James’ novel.
“The filmmakers of ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ and Charlie Hunnam have agreed to find another male lead given Hunnam’s immersive TV schedule which is not allowing him time to adequately prepare for the role of Christian Grey,” Universal and Focus Features previously said in a statement.
