LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen’s legal teams continued their courtroom battle Monday with an emergency hearing.

Richards arrived to court with her lawyer, Neal Hersh, in an attempt to resolve a reported issue taking place at Sheen’s home.

Though Sheen was not in court Monday, his legal team and publicist were all smiles when exiting the courtroom following the hearing.

“Charlie is thrilled with the results,” his attorney told Access Hollywood.

Sheen’s legal team said they were also pleased with the expert witness that took the stand. However, no details were immediately available as to what the expert spoke about.

Despite the presence of a large plasma screen monitor inside the courtroom, a video was shown to only the legal teams and not seen by the judge.

When asked if she was pleased by the results of today’s hearing, Richards told Access, " I am, thank you.”

A lawyer for the actress told reporters that she is happy with the orders made by the judge and hopes Sheen will follow them.

Sheen still retains access to the couple’s daughters, Sam and Lola.
