Vanessa Hudgens will make her first appearance at the San Diego Comic-Con International this week to promote “Watchmen” director Zack Snyder’s “Sucker Punch,” and boyfriend Zac Efron says the fans won’t know what hit ‘em.
“She’s kicking mad butt,” Zac told AccessHollywood.com’s Laura Saltman at the premiere of his own new film, “Charlie St. Cloud,” in LA on Tuesday night. “It’s insane. She has a scene with a tomahawk. It’s all her doing the action.”

Hollywood offers many pitfalls for the young, talented and beautiful. It’s a world to which many naive new faces often fall victim. However, as the ultra-observant Zac Efron explains on the eve of the release of his latest film, “Charlie St. Cloud,” it’s a world in which it’s easy to learn from the mistakes of others.
“Every time something does happen — and I notice when those things happen — people go through those things and experience that kind of stuff,” Zac recently told Access Hollywood’s Maria Menounos. “I take note of it, a mental note — ‘Wow, that didn’t work’ — so, from that point on I sort of look out for that. I kind of adapt.”
