Chris Brown Strikes A Plea Deal (June 22, 2009)
Both Rihanna and Chris Brown were required to attend today’s preliminary hearing which would have determined if there was enough evidence for a trial. But at the last minute, a plea bargain was reached, which prevented Rihanna from testifying.
