Christina Aguilera made headlines when she stepped out showing off a new toned and slimmed down body – and now the singer’s secret to shedding the pounds has been revealed.
The 32-year-old singer and currently-on-hiatus “Voice” coach set off a flashbulb frenzy when she stepped out at the “The Voice”
Season 4 premiere last week, debuting a trim look – something a People source claims is due to eating right and working out.
The source told the mag that Xtina has enlisted the help of fitness guru Tee Sorge and that she is “exploring new methods of exercise.”
She has reportedly started a regular workout regime at her home.
In addition to sweating it out, Christina is also watching what she eats.
She is now opting for healthier food choices like seared tuna salad or sushi instead of burgers. The source added, [she’s] getting into healthier, fresh eating.”
A second source told the mag that the chart-topper “is generally very comfortable with her body” and while at a recent photo shoot she appeared to happy with her current size.
“She seemed to have a strong sense of what she could pull off that day,” the source added.
