‘Glee’s Dot-Maries Jones Forced To Rethink Her Emmy Wardrobe After Suffering Fractured Foot
Dot-Marie Jones — who plays gruff-on-the-outside/soft-on-the-inside Coach Beiste on “Glee” — still can’t believe her hard work on the hit show has earned her an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series.
“I looked at all who was entered in to be nominated and stuff, and it’s like, I can’t believe I’m one of them,” a grateful Dot-Marie told Access Hollywood at the Los Angeles premiere of “Glee: The 3-D Concert Movie” in Westwood, Calif., on Saturday night. “And the six [actresses] that are in our category [are] crazy! Gwyneth Paltrow, Kristen Chenoweth, Cloris Leachman… and Elizabeth Banks and Tina Fey, who I love to death from ‘Saturday Night Live.’
