After boldly declaring that she believes Jesse James is “The One” in September, Kat Von D reportedly appeared to have changed her mind when rumors of the couple’s break-up flew earlier this month. Now, conflicting reports emerged on Sunday, making the issue even more puzzling.
According to People, “observers” caught Jesse, 41, and Kat, 28, exchanging some very public affection at West Hollywood restaurant El Compadre on Saturday, where they reportedly “chatted and kissed” at their table. The tattooed twosome, who reportedly shared a cheese enchilada and left a “generous tip,” appeared to be in “good spirits.”
However, TMZ tells a very different story.
According to the site, sources claim the “L.A. Ink” star reportedly “went nuclear” while viewing screeners of some upcoming episodes of her show, which “spotlight [Kat’s] relationships with Jesse and her on-again [boyfriend] Nikki Six.”
The site also claims Kat has decided that she no longer wants any traces of Jesse on her TLC show, and “demanded that producers pull him from all future episodes.”
Additionally, TMZ claims that because so many scenes include the motorcycle mogul, producers are reportedly worried they may have to pad the show with extra commercials in order to take up the empty space before the show airs on Wednesday.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, the raven-haired beauty confirmed her relationship with Jesse in September.
“It’s pretty obvious that we’re dating,” Kat told Access at the opening of her Wonderland gallery in West Hollywood.
“It’s actually very new. Although, I’ve known Jesse for a long time, since I was 22-years-old,” she explained to Access. “We’ve been friends forever and this is definitely something that I think we weren’t expecting, and it’s been great.”
Inside the celebration for the tattoo artist’s gallery opening, Access spotted Jesse meeting Kat’s dad for the first time. The new couple chatted and posed with other guests throughout the night, appearing very happy together.
Jesse finalized his divorce from Sandra Bullock in June after he admitted to being unfaithful.
