Former “Friday Night Lights” actress Connie Britton has adopted a baby boy.

The actress, who is now starring in Ryan Murphy’s “American Horror Story,” welcomed home a 9-month-old boy named Yoby, from Ethiopia, People reported.

The 44-year-old actress, who spent three years in the adoption process, met her son, who is also called, Eyob, last week.

“I am thanking my lucky stars every day,” the new mom told the mag.

The actress traveled to the African nation to meet Yoby, a journey she’ll never forget.

“It was such a wonderful moment of completion,” the actress said. “I thought I was going to collapse into a puddle of tears.”

Adding, “I was just grinning from ear to ear.”
