LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Daniel Spelling, the nephew of late TV mogul Aaron Spelling, has been arrested on a felony charge, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

The cousin of “Home Sweet Hollywood” star Tori Spelling, was hauled in by authorities on Tuesday after he missed a scheduled court appearance related to his July 2008 arrest on suspicion of cocaine possession.

The 60-year-old Daniel was booked and bail was set at $10,000. He was released on Tuesday, just before 3PM local time.

Daniel was wanted on a felony warrant since August 11, authorities told the Los Angeles Times.

According to IMDB, Daniel worked as an actor in Hollywood in the late 1960s and through the 1970s.

Earlier erroneous reports indicated it was Tori’s uncle, who is also named Daniel, who was arrested. However, Access has since learned that was incorrect.
