‘American Idol’ Runner-Up Crystal Bowersox Weds!

LOS ANGELES, Calif.

After less than a month after announcing her engagement, Crystal Bowersox has wed, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

The “American Idol” Season 9 runner-up married fellow musician Brian Walker on Sunday in Chicago, a rep for the singer confirmed to Access.

LOS ANGELES, Calif.

The seven remaining contestants took to the stage last night on “American Idol” and sang songs of inspiration. Most lacked the “wow” factor with the exception of Crystal Bowersox, who put down her guitar and truly sang from the heart. Tears flowed at the end of the performance as Crystal saw her dad sitting in the audience for the first time all season. At least, that’s what she told host Ryan Seacrest. But was there something else behind Crystal’s tears? The Dish was backstage with the contestants after the show to get all of the scoop on the night.
