After a long wait, this weekend’s “Game of Thrones” on HBO finally introduces one of its most beloved and fiery females — the wildling Ygritte, played by Rose Leslie.
Speaking to AccessHollywood.com ahead of Sunday’s episode, the naturally redheaded Rose said she put great care into bringing the wildling spitfire to life, diving heavily into the novels as her source material, as she worked to capture the wildling woman’s independent and utterly fierce personality.

Dame Maggie Smith, who plays the scathing Violet Crawley, Dowager Countess of Grantham on “Downton Abbey,” has reportedly asked to leave the show at the end of Season 3, according to the UK’s Daily Mail.

“The Artist” followed its Golden Globe win by taking top honors at the Producers Guild Awards on Saturday, as the silent film continues its unlikely run toward Oscar night.
Producer Thomas Langmann received the award handed out at the Beverly Hilton by the Producers Guild of America, as “The Artist” beat out George Clooney’s family drama and another Oscar favorite, “The Descendants.”
