Dr. Dre’s Son Found Dead

LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Dr. Dre’s son, Andre Young Jr., has died, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

Andre was found Saturday by his mother at their home in Woodland Hills, LA County Coroner’s Lt. John Kades told the Associated Press.

“Dr. Dre is mourning the loss of his son Andre Young Jr. Please respect his family’s grief and privacy at this time,” a rep for the rapper said in a statement released to Access.

An autopsy was performed on the rapper’s 20-year-old son Monday. The cause of Andre’s death is pending toxicology results, a spokesperson for LA County Coroner’s office told Access.

The spokesperson went to say there was no trauma or foul play involved in his death.
