Ed McMahon Hospitalized

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Caption Ed McMahonEd McMahon has been hospitalized battling pneumonia, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

The TV legend has been in the hospital for almost a month, McMahon’s rep, Howard Bragman, confirmed to Access.

Bragman noted that McMahon was not at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

The 85-year-old sued Cedars-Sinai in July 2007, claiming the hospital released him with a broken neck after a fall in 2006. He also accused the hospital and a doctor of botching two surgeries.
