LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
Brandi Cibrian has requested spousal support from estranged husband Eddie Cibrian, according to court papers filed on October 22 in Los Angeles County Superior Court and obtained by Access Hollywood.
Brandi cited her monthly income as “none,” and claims she has $39,963 in total monthly expenses for herself and the former couple’s sons Jake and Mason, including an $11,942 mortgage and $4,000 for “eating out.”
She further claims that Eddie has only spent a handful of nights with the children since their separation over the summer, stating that they spend 90% of their time with her.
Brandi claims that Eddie earns $60,000 a week for his role on “CSI: Miami,” but has paid nothing outside of the household bills and has not given her access to his bank accounts.
According to the court papers, the former couple allegedly separated on July 16, 2009, after 8 years of marriage.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Eddie filed for divorce in August, citing irreconcilable differences.
