Elizabeth Berkley Welcomes First Child

The actress, 40, and husband Greg Lauren welcomed their first child together on Friday, a rep for the star revealed to People.
Son Sky Cole Lauren weighed in at 8 lbs.
“The moment we both saw him it was love at first sight,” the proud new parents – who tied the knot in 2003 — said in a statement to People. “We are over the moon and grateful to start this amazing adventure together as a family.”
Elizabeth first confirmed news of her pregnancy via her Twitter account in March.
“In life there are moments you cherish forever and this is one of them,” she wrote at the time. “Greg and I are so excited to be expecting our 1st child this summer.”
Adding, “We couldn’t be more grateful and overjoyed… My heart is full.”
This isn’t the only joyous news for the “Saved by the Bell” cast.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Elizabeth’s fellow former co-star Mark-Paul Gosselaar tied the knot over the weekend, as he married advertising executive Catriona McGinn on Saturday in Santa Ynez, Calif.
