Don’t count out Eva Longoria’s Vegas aspirations quite yet.

The actress is seemingly making good on her commitment to take a more “hands-on” approach to her businesses after the “Desperate Housewives” star’s Sin City nightclub, Eve, and restaurant, Beso, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Friday.

The sexy actress posted a smoldering photo of herself in a flowing, thigh-baring black lace wrap on her Twitter page (via WhoSay) on Saturday, writing, ““Hi everyone! I’m back! In Vegas at Beso doing a photo shoot!” on Saturday.

The 35-year-old Texan promised to keep the snapshots from the struggling restaurant coming adding, “More picture to come!”

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, according to a statement issued to Access on Friday by the actress’s rep, “Eva Longoria and her Beso Restaurant and Eve Nightclub at the Crystals Plaza in MGM’s City Center have filed a controlled and organized Chapter 11 bankruptcy.”

“It’s a New Year and we’re making a new start,” Eva said in the statement. “This is a great opportunity to begin anew, and I look forward to an exciting and enterprising 2011.”

According to the rep, Eva and her new restaurant management team are taking action to become “hands-on in the development and promotion of Beso Restaurant and Eve Nightclub immediately.”

“I look forward to a more proactive hands-on approach in the coming years with my Las Vegas businesses,” Eva added.

Despite the financial news, the club is expected to remain open for business as usual.

The bankruptcy protection was finalized by famed Hollywood power lawyer Robert Shapiro on Friday, and the statement explains that execs at MGM Resorts (which co-owns the CityCenter along with Dubai World), have given their support to Eva’s plans.
