How do we keep lunch fresh and creative five days a week without sending the kids to school with junk food?

Some fresh fruit and vegies and also have some good healthy fat. Thinks a major struggle. I pack 4 lunch as day for my kids and it's tricky no. Jobling. A lot comes home. Show us what you got. We start off today with a spinach avocado wrap. Avocado in here for healthy fat. Turkey. Will the kid eat the spinach avocado wrap. I was wondering the same thing. Some kid is like dude spinach avocadopt wrap. We are worried about the other kids are thinking as other kids are thinking as well. They are. What he eat at home will impact what they eat at the cafeteria as well. Like changing your pallet we have great Greek yogurt sauce as well. Flavor. Turkey in here. No hormone no antibiotics. Make sure we keep out the unsavory 7 ingredient. Washington are the unsavory 7. Popcorn can't be. Is it good. This is or again ick popcorn so non-gm O. Nut tree trail mix and great way to get your kids involved. Nut free what are these. Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. These 2 nuts fall into the safe category. Yes. Absolutely. Yes. So they are part of this would go under unsavory 7 ingredient that qualify so we have no bleached no antibiotics no hormone or artificial preservative and trail mix throughout contain a lot of these extra ingredient. And letting them pack the baggy will help them make better habit. Create their own little bag of mix. Absolutely. That's fun. Put it together themselves. I like that. For for you this is cool mom pressure to have a couples items in there that are cool. They are worried about it. But letting them do it themselves is smart. I could do this the night before done packed ready already in the lunch box because I usually set the breakfast table the tonight before and get organized. That's great idea doing it at home. One time a week. What else. Moving on here. We talked about a little bit of treat. A little bit of dark chocolate in there. Antioxidant but this is the grilled chicken PETA with fantastic put out the vegies and the kid can pack them themselves. That's cool I like this. That looks delicious. Can I.take anything to eat or show food. You can eat this. Thinks like the sweet treat. Reward. Carat chip. Dark chocolate chip. A little bitld of cranberry and almond because kid love to dunk and dip the food we also have almond butter and apple if the kid has a nut allergy replace this for plain Greek yogurt with honey and cinnamon. No nut at all in our school any more notch nut. My son is a peanut butter eating little dude. Why is almond butter so much better than peanut butter. Almond butter has Moro may go a 3 more of anti-inflammatory response. Almond butter years ago and I didn't know why. I like it more now. It's good. It's good stuff. Good energy.
