Gilles Marini On His Fatherhood Future: ‘I Think We Adopt’

“I think we adopt,” he told the site. “It’s kind of easy to make a kid, when you can. To adopt a kid who is not yours and give him the same love, that’s pretty awesome.”
Until then, Gilles is a devoted dad to his daughter, Juliana, and son, Georges. With Father’s Day around the corner, he spent Thursday bringing Juliana on her first trip to New York City, where the two attended the Pampers’ Daddy Play Date Father’s Day event at the Metropolitan Pavilion.
The star – who’s gone on to roles in TV’s “Brothers & Sisters,” “Nip/Tuck” and more following his star turn in the first “Sex and the City” film and a run on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” – added that fame hasn’t gotten in the way of his parenting.
“All the fame came so late in my life,” the 34-year-old actor told PopEater. “I was way before [that] a father.”
