Gisele Bundchen might have had quarterback Tom Brady on her arm at the couple’s second wedding in Costa Rica on Saturday – but the supermodel also had John Galliano with her – as the designer of her gown.
“[Gisele’s] dress and veil were designed by John Galliano and created by John Galliano’s atelier in Paris,” a rep for the designer told People.
The supermodel wore “a white silk satin bias cut long gown with spaghetti straps and train, with scalloped seamed details around the hip,” the rep said.
Even the bride’s veil was quite a design achievement.
“The white silk tulle veil was six feet long with white lace sewn by hand,” the rep added.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, the couple wed for a second time last weekend in the Nicoya Peninsula region of Costa Rica, where the Brazilian beauty owns a home.
The couple was first married in a very private ceremony February 26 at St. Monica Catholic Church in Los Angeles.
