Michael Jackson’s funeral on Thursday is expected to be a star-studded event with some of music’s greatest in attendance and performing.

Access Hollywood has learned that R&B icon Gladys Knight will perform at The King of Pop’s funeral service Thursday night at Forest Lawn Glendale.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, 12 burial spaces were purchased at the cemetery for Jakcson, but it is not known how all the spaces will be used.

The singer will rest in the Great Mausoleum, which includes Hollywood legends such as Clark Gable, Jean Harlow and W.C. Fields.

Jackson’s death at the age of 50 has been ruled a homicide by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office. The singer’s death certificate has been amended, citing “injection by another” as the fatal injury.

No criminal charges have been filed over the singer’s June 25 death.
