For the first time, “Project Runway” will feature an exclusive hair stylist and landing that coveted gig is Celebrity Stylist for Garnier, Philip Carreon.

We got the follicle 411 on the Los Angeles mane mogul, who has worked with everyone from Anne Hathaway and Megan Fox to Demi Moore and Prince.

What was it like your first day on the set of “Project Runway”?

Day 1 on the set was nerve-racking because I had to introduce my first challenge with Tim Gunn. I never get star struck, but for some reason I did with Tim.

Any fun stories of working with Heidi?

Heidi asked me how I had created waves on one of the secret guest judges. Heidi Klum is absolutely stunning.

Any pregnancy hair tips you gave her?

Nope.

Were you intimidated by any of the guest judges this season?

The only thing that made me nervous about the guest judges was their comments about the hair! But, all went well…

What’s the craziest part of doing the show?

The secrecy! I am sworn to my death to say nothing - and I’m always being asked.

Time is always part of the designer’s challenge… are you under the same time constraints to get the models ready?

The timing is crazy!!! Only 30 minutes per model! And the team and I are timed. No model gets more than 30 minutes. It takes that long just to do a good blow-out!

You’ve worked with a lot of stars. Craziest request ever?

The craziest star request came with a 2AM phone call. I answer the phone and a stranger’s voice says, “Prince wants his hair done.” “When?” I ask. “Now,” he responds.

In your opinion, who has the best hair in Hollywood?

Rihanna for progressive. Gwen Stefani for the cool factor. And Catherine Zeta-Jones for classic beauty.

You can see Philip and the rest of the “Project Runway” gang when the show returns tomorrow night on Lifetime.
