-- NEW YORK (June 16, 2006) — Greg Kinnear and his wife, Helen, welcomed their second daughter, Audrey Mae Kinnear, on Tuesday in Los Angeles, according to People magazine.

“Mother and daughter are healthy and resting comfortably. Everyone’s very happy,” the actor’s rep, Matt Labov, told People. Kinnear, who turns 43 on Saturday, stars in the upcoming ?Fast Food Nation,? which premiered at last month’s Cannes Film Festival. He and writer and former model Ladbon, 36, were married in 1999, People reported.The couple?s first child, Lily Kathryn, was born in 2003, People reported.
