Listen we are taking competitive reality cooking and we are showing people that you can cook amazing delicious food that also is great for you. So each episode we have a hero and we change their life so someone who is battling weight loss. Can be hurt disease. Diabetes and the chef are, the challenge cook food geared to those people to get them on the right healthy track. All about taste and nutrition and of course it has to taste delicious. Totally. And creativity. Chefs have to be creative. Game day example. I don't think this can be done on game day. We don't know let's start with this. Make wing good and healthy. Here's traditional example. We have the skin and it's fried and we have the gooy stuff. Here's a better champ pel. I give you one billy and kit. That's not a wing. White meat chicken a little bit of olive oil with a little bit of pepper that can boost metabolism a little bit and anti-inflammatory and here's a little bit of blue cheese to yogurt. A little bit of garlic and chives and that takes the place of the dip right there. The main thing the dip yogurt is so good to put it. Add a little bit of blue cheese. Nice and cooling right. Okay so the next thing. That's good. It's not mayo. Even on the show I'm the guy but kerry regular wing look pretty delicious. Then I say but we can make them healthy. What do you think taste good right. The spice is nice. I would say I feel better about it because the wing with all the skin on thereall the skin on there, explosively fattening. Exactly. 3 beer deep you go for the other. Not going to happen there get rid of them. Keep the healthy choice this. Instead of the traditional chip and dip I have a rad issue chip over there. All you do is take the rad issue a little olive oil, spice. I have never had a rad issue chip. And then we have a spinach dip. Yogurt. Any herb and spices avocado then we top it with when done over there you will see the nori loaded with minirelevant and take the place of adding salt. Chef perspective you need the salt. You also need my faith word. A um a.M. I is delicious flavor. The dip is awe soil. The dip I'm halfway 30. That's good. All about taking steps. Game day about burger though. Let's be honest. So this if you look at that that looks like a burger to me. Notch not a burg near this is. This is mostly mushrooms if you can believe that or not. Really proud of this recipe because it's 50% mushroom so we cook roasted some mushroom and we have added that to the ground beef so it's less than half the amount of beef you would have in a normal burger but sometimes eating like a convenientlyie burger it taste like black bean but not a burger. Meat with this guy. That's ready to go and eat. Again mush ramp and onion and whole wheat bread open there and yogurt in the sauce instead of mayonnaise. Healthy swap. Look at that. Get in 30. As soon as we take abate of this neither one will be able to talk. And you can even make it a little bit healthier by serving it on romaine lettuce wrapped up instead of the bun. If you have to. The mushroom keep the burger use year meat cap dry out so the mushroom give it the fat like texture to it as well. What is this dressing that looks evil. It's something that I call it's basically a version of ranch dress with yogurt and ty call it sir ranch. For the burger. People laugh. How many calorie is in this burger. How many would a regular burger be. You save about 50% because 50% of the meat is gone and replacing with the mushroom. As hardy. They are hardy.
