Healthy Hollywood: Fab Food Friday – Eat Up To A Younger Looking Bod, Stars Do It, So Why Not You?

Celebs are always hot on anti-aging trends - whether it’s a new miracle potion or a trendy nip & tuck procedure. I am happy to say one of the hottest ‘turn back the clock’ tricks is all natural! Stars like Teri Hatcher, Rebecca Romijn, Angie Harmon and Rebecca Gayheart are working superfruits into their diet. “Superfruits are the most potent fruits in the world; they’re high in unique nutrients not found in (or found in lesser amounts than) other fruits,” reveals celebrity nutritionist Dr.Lindsey Duncan, who created the superfruit juices Genesis Today.
