NEW YORK, N.Y. -- First, Snooki has a baby and now JWoww is getting married. The “Jersey Shore” gals are growing up and settling down.
Who would have thought that’s possible?
Jenni “JWoww” Farley is planning to wed her boyfriend, bodybuilder Roger Matthews, in the summer of 2013. Healthy Hollywood predicts another reality TV wedding on the horizon.
But first, Jenni is prepping for her nuptials with a healthier lifestyle.
“I always say be yourself on your wedding day. My big thing from until whenever my wedding day is just to live healthy…and just live your life so on your wedding day you feel healthy and you’re not starving in your wedding dress and ready to wolf down the whole cake,” she recently told Celebuzz.
Yet, Jenni is remarkably slimmer since the debut of “Jersey Shore.”
The 26-year-old reality star credits part of her success to AB Cuts supplements, which she is a paid spokeswoman for, telling Healthy Hollywood, “Taking two a day just makes me feel better. The natural ingredients, including CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), Omega 3-6-9 and Flax Seed Oil, are amazing for your body and play such an important role in my healthy lifestyle.”
The toned bride-to-be also admits she’s revved up her exercise routine. “Just started doing cardio in the morning before my first meal. I either do 30 minutes on the tread climber or I jog two miles. Then, at night I lift weights.”
Besides working out, Jenni says she’s not dieting, just eliminating certain foods. “I am cutting back on bread products and dairy products, just to see if I can lose weight by maintaining a better food regimen.”
The one body part she’s not worried about toning for her wedding days are her abs. “Good genetics make it relatively flat. When I gain weight I don’t gain in my stomach; I do in my face and warms.”
