Healthy Hollywood: Wellness Wednesday – Jennifer Aniston’s Stay Healthy Secrets!

She’s lean, toned, and has the physique of someone years younger. Yet I love the fact Jennifer admits she does work at maintaining herself – and doesn’t pretend her super-svelte figure is au naturale.
In September’s Shape magazine, Jennifer opens up and shares her favorite keep-fit tips.
“I always try to sleep for at least eight hours a night and, of course, water, water, water! I drink 100 ounces of Smartwater every day,” Jennifer said.
Jennifer also credits yoga with getting her in great shape both physically and mentally. But she also adds it’s important to have variety.
“Oh, gosh, I noticed dramatic changes in my body after I started doing yoga, but I also think you have to shake things up. I have a Spin bike, an elliptical, and a treadmill, and I do some cardio for at least 20 minutes a day,” she said.
And if this busy actress is short on time but still wants to work up a sweat and get a good workout in the least amount of time - she tells Shape her go-to exercise is spinning.
“The best quick sweat for me is getting on the Spin bike. I can pump it up! I can take it uphill, I can take it downhill, I can sprint. The time goes by so quickly too,” she said.
While taking care of herself is a top priority, Jennifer knows a girl’s gotta have a little play time.
“It’s important to rest the body,” she noted.
