LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Heidi Montag has opened up about her decision to have more plastic surgery.

“It sounds crazy, but once you get a certain size boob, you always want bigger. Bigger is better,” the 23-year-old “Hills” star said in a video clip posted on People’s Web site on Thursday. “The first time I got them, I thought they’d be bigger, so now that I’ve had them in me… and I know what I really want in size… I know I’m going to be very excited. “

Heidi appears to have been interviewed from her hospital bed – with husband Spencer Pratt by her side — prior to undergoing her 10 procedures in one day, which included a mini brow lift, Botox in the forehead, nose job revision, fat injections in cheeks and lips, chin reduction, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, breast augmentation revision, liposuction on her waist and thighs and a buttocks augmentation.

“It’s my body, I need to feel comfortable as a woman as a person,” Heidi continued in the clip. “Your inner beauty is always there and I think that’s what Spencer’s the most concerned with is always my inner beauty, he’s always like, ‘You could change… You could have whatever you want. I still love you the same.’ So his support has really been a lot and made such a difference.”

Heidi suggested she isn’t bothered by what other people think about her surgery. Instead, undergoing the procedures is about how she feels.

“People are going to say nasty and judging things regardless of what I do,” she said. “Obviously… this is very serious and a very controversial thing even in today’s society, but the most important thing is for me to feel good and for me to be happy and confident in my body. I’m the one living in my skin.”
