LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt may not be married legally, but the couple showed their love as they stopped by the Los Angeles Mission on Christmas Eve.

Heidi and Spencer kissed for the cameras in between handing out food to the needy.

But “The Hills” stars weren’t the only celebrities getting into the Christmas spirit by helping out others.

Former “Charmed” star Alyssa Milano smiled as she donned a sanitary LA Mission hat and latex gloves to dish up ham, potatoes, vegetables and rolls to the hungry, who stopped by for a warm meal.

Another former TV witch, Melissa Joan Hart, also helped out as did Melissa Gilbert and her husband, Bruce Boxleitner. “Days of Our Lives” star Kristen Renton and a red-apron wearing Corbin Bleu from “High School Musical” helped serve food too.

The stars pitched in at the annual daytime event, which found Mission staff and volunteers serving traditional holiday meals to the needy, as well as gifting toys to children.
