Julianne Hough On Marrying Chuck Wicks: ‘We Definitely Want To Go There’

Julianne Hough may not have won the mirror ball on this year’s “Dancing With the Stars,” but she has another sparkling object in her sights – a wedding ring.

“We definitely want to go there,” the singer and dance pro told People about her future plans to walk down the aisle with boyfriend Chuck Wicks.

Julianne met her country-singer boyfriend on tour with Brad Paisley, and she told Access Hollywood that things were special from the start.

“Our first date – it was sushi and then a walk somewhere,” Julianne told Access over the Thanksgiving weekend, which she and Chuck spent with the entire Hough clan. “We can’t tell you the rest ‘cause that’s kind of a personal thing, but… We’ve got all these sentimental things from our first date that are like, kind of everywhere.”

After their first romantic outing, as the tour continued, the two seemed to live out of each other’s pockets.

“We would go on dates everyday ‘cause we would be on a new city,” Julianne recounted to Access. “We would go hiking, we would go biking, we would go do all these different things — that’s the adventurous side of him… We got to see like four different sides of each other every single day that usually would take people six months, eight months to really get to know.”

And Chuck revealed to Access he hasn’t just fallen for Julianne – he’s fallen for her family too.

“I love her family, I mean just being around them… I fit right in pretty quick,” he said. “I feel very blessed to be a part of it.”

Though the two are happy being boyfriend and girlfriend for now, they may unite musically in the near future.

“We’ve been song writing together,” Chuck revealed.
