LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Larry Rudolph, the man who helped turn Britney Spears from Disney kid into an international superstar – and help revive her career after her very public meltdown, helped organize Lindsay Lohan’s taped appearance on Sunday night’s MTV Video Music Awards with Chelsea Handler, Rudolph confirmed to Access Hollywood on Monday.
In addition, in an exclusive statement to Access on Monday, he said he is ready to see the actress put her troubles behind her.
“Lindsay is a triple threat, she’s super smart, super talented and she’s a superstar. She’s been through a lot at a very young age and is in a very good place right now,” Rudolph, who is now managing Lindsay, told Access on Monday. “I believe in her.”
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Lindsay appeared on the VMAs in a pre-recorded skit with show host Chelsea.
In the clip, Lindsay surprised Chelsea in the hall before the show and promptly poked fun at her own personal problems, as she made a joke about Chelsea’s SCRAM bracelet, checked her cup for booze and gave her a big slap on the bottom to wish her luck.
